All students are required to fill out a Health questionnaire allocated by the teacher for the selected class/ lesson.

Students must pay the specific amount for the class (listed on the Timetable page). This must be paid on the day of the class or before. (Please inform the teacher if paid before class).

Late payments must be paid within 3 days after class/ lesson. The teacher of the specific class or lesson may contact you, following up on late payments if payments haven't been made before the 3-day period.

Private lessons must be booked in advance and lesson times may change depending on venue availability.

Students wishing to cancel private lessons must give 24 hours' notice. Please inform your teacher early hours of the lesson day, if you are Ill, have an emergency appointment, etc. for us to cancel the lesson or move the lesson time. Failure to do so will result in payment of floor hire or even full lesson charge. Please contact your teacher for more info.

Gotta Dance Derby endeavour to ensure that your children are dancing in a safe and comfortable environment. We ask you to bring and collect your child promptly and provide us with written details of changes in medical needs.

Please ensure that Gotta Dance Derby receives any changes to pupil’s contact details in writing. All details will be held in strict confidentiality (Data Protection Act 1998) and will not be passed on to outside parties except to the ISTD for dancing exams.

The school does not discriminate on background, race or religion, regularly monitors staff to maintain school teaching policies and adheres to Health and Safety procedures to ensure that each pupil dances in a class appropriate to their level of development.
